Michael Hohl has sealed a deal to purchase Carson Valley Chevrolet in Minden.
The Carson City auto dealer obtained a fictitious firm listing on Feb. 21, according to the Dougals County Clerk's Office.
Named Michael Hohl Carson Valley Chevrolet, the purchase reportedly affects both the Minden dealership and the Carson City dealership.
Carson Valley Chevrolet purchased the former C.O.D. Garage in 2003 from the Hellwinkel family.
