Comedian Kat Simmons and hypnotist Dan Kimm have teamed for a one-night show 7-9 p.m. at the Brewery Arts Center in Carson City.
Carson Valley's own Simmons has hosted a show at the Carson Valley Inn for 10 years and has been seen on The Comedy Channel, "Comedy Nite" and "Candid Camera." She has appeared with Kenny Rogers, Tim Allen and Kevin Nealon.
Kimm's Hypnotic Comedy Chaos show entertains as well as enlightens. Kimm has been performing since 2004 and is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. In a short time he has empowered many people to make positive changes in their lives.
The one-time event is 7-9 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Brewery Arts Center, 511 W. King St. in Carson City. Doors open at 6 p.m.
