Park Cattle donates $21,000 to 13 charities

Park Cattle Co. donated $21,000 to 13 charitable organizations in Northern Nevada for the 2007 holiday season's programs for the needy.

Contributions were given to Carson Valley Community Food Closet, St. Gall Catholic Church, Our Lady of Tahoe Community Outreach, Tahoe Youth and Family Services, CASA of El Dorado County, Christmas Cheer, Boys & Girls Club, Tahoe Family Resource Center, Tahoe Women's Center, Salvation Army of Carson City, Austin's House and the Douglas County Senior Services Meals on Wheels program.

In addition to these holiday donations, Park Cattle Co. donated over $150,000 in cash and in-kind services in 2007 to several projects and organizations including the South Tahoe Youth Sports Complex, the Angora Fire Fund, University of Nevada and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
