Project Santa Claus is at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Pinenut Road in Gardnerville 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Wednesday,
Volunteers will be wrapping and sorting and counting and bagging gifts and books and mittens and caps and enjoying the true meaning of Christmas and your help will be gratefully accepted. No special skills are needed, just the desire to help provide a Merry Christmas for children of need in Douglas County.
All materials will be furnished, you just need to show up. Men and women are welcome, no small children please. For more information, call Marilyn Malkmus at 782-4931.
