Genoans decided to start the search for a new town manager over after a California man turned down the job. Board member Bill Donohoe said Andrew Sheehy didn't want the job after it was offered to him last week. Now it could be March before a town manager can be hired.

Douglas County teachers turned out on Tuesday to protest raises for administrators while they are still hammering out a contract. Teachers planned to pack the school board meeting during discussion of the issue.

It's cloudy out, but the Weather Service is saying there's any chance something will come of it. The high temperature today will be 38. The low will be 14.
