Valley Chevrolet raised $10,000 for the American Red Cross at its Coastal Relief fund-raiser Sept. 11.
The 2500 N. Carson St. car lot was cleared for a rummage sale, barbecue, raffle and silent auction. Several Northern Nevada businesses donated raffle prizes, auction items and barbecue supplies.
K-Bull 98 hosted the party. Seeing Eye Dogs, a local band, provided the entertainment.
