Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 19-year-old shoe salesman was arrested at 3:09 a.m. Thursday on suspicion of minor consuming alcohol and obstruction of justice. Bail was set at $636.

• Kevin James Mills, 22, unemployed transient, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday at Curry and Musser streets on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.

• Barri Lynn Eley, 45, a social worker from Carson City, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of East William Street. Bail was set at $5,000.

n Deputies responded to the following calls:

• A man was drinking and fell out of his chair at a bar in the 3500 block of North Carson Street at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday.

• Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue at 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Lyon County

Deputies responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• A drunken driving arrest at 2:58 a.m. on Highway 95 Alternate in Silver Springs.

• Accident at Fortune Drive and Highway 50 East at 7:34 a.m. in Mark Twain.

• Commercial burglary report at the Silver Springs substation at 10:27 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary in the 600 block of Westwinds Drive in Dayton at 10:54 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Dayton Valley Road at 11:54 p.m.

• Larceny report in the 3400 block of Onyx Street at 12:49 p.m. in Silver Springs.

• Residential burglary report in Mason Valley at 1:10 p.m.

• Accident on Main Street in Fernley at 3:27 p.m.

• Accident on Dayton Valley Road at 4:46 p.m.

• Drunken driving arrest in the 7100 block of Beech Street at 7:36 p.m. in Silver Springs.

• Domestic dispute in the 900 block of Mesa Drive in Fernley at 10:10 p.m.

Storey County

Deputies responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• Rottweiler loose on C Street barking and scaring tourists at 10:40 a.m.

• A woman called the business office at 11:53 a.m. to report her cat bit her husband on Wagon Wheel Way and she wants "cat picked up and euthanized."

• A caller reported at 2:45 p.m., "it smells really bad," around her place on Prospector Road. "States it could be garbage, she does not know." When told she would have to sign a complaint the caller said, "Forget it."

• A woman looking for the number to Home Depot dialed 911 instead of 411 at 3:22 p.m.
