A memorial service for Karen Lee Breeden, 68, of Carson City will be at 3 p.m. Friday at FitzHenry's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Breeden died Oct. 13, 2005, at home. She was born to George Sprouse and Alberta Phippen in Seattle.
She was raised in Pacific Grove, Calif.
She married Dale Waddell in 1955. She later married Bob Breeden, who preceded her in death in 1968.
Mrs. Breeden was employed by Southwest Gas Corp. in Carson City for several years, until her retirement in 1997.
In addition to her second husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Horsey.
Among her survivors are her children Collette Renee Teuscher of Carson City and Clinton Dale Waddell of Roseburg, Ore.; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Phil Christopherson; grandchildren Rae and Arron Wagner and Amber and Zachrey Waddell; a great-grandson ;and two nephews.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
