The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Chili, carrots, cornbread, apple, grape juice.
Tuesday: Sweet-and-sour pork, stir fry veggies, chow mein noodles, pineapple, fortune cookie.
Wednesday: Taco salad, ground beef, cheese, beet-onion salad, chips and salsa, strawberry shortcake.
Thursday: Tuna salad, garden soup, Tater Tots, crackers, peaches, roll with butter.
Friday: Honey mustard chicken, scalloped potatoes, roll with butter, peas, apricots, cake and ice cream.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, oven-roasted potatoes, green salad, mixed fruit.
Tuesday: Hot turkey with stuffing and gravy, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, banana, Jell-O.
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, cauliflower, pears and peaches, ice cream.
Thursday: Pot roast, carrots, potatoes, 3-bean salad, apple.
Friday: Veal cutlet, garlic mashed potatoes, zucchini, fruit mix, roll with butter.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, bread, apple crisp.
Tuesday: Cold turkey sandwich, cranberry Jell-O salad, beets, raisin bar.
Wednesday: Cornish game hen, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, apricots.
Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, beets, green salad, peach crisp.
Friday: French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato juice, prunes.
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Veal patty, baked potato with the works, green beans, banana pudding.
Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, fruit medley, green salad, cookie.
Wednesday: Spaghetti, garlic bread, green salad, cake with ice cream.
Thursday: Cobb salad, cottage cheese with mandarin oranges, garlic bread, apple cobbler.
Friday: Kathy's pizza supreme, hominy, green salad, yogurt with fruit.
