A funeral for Frances Lorene Martin, 87, a Carson City resident for the past several years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Walton's.
Mrs. Martin died Nov. 27, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Sept. 24, 1918, in Artesia, Calif., to Ross and Myrtle Taylor Eliot.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed arts and crafts. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carson City.
She was preceded in death by son Richard in 2003, sister Irene; husband of 55 years, Henry; and brother Martin Eliot.
Among her survivors are son and daughter-in-law Robert and Wanda of Carson City; sister Dorothy Stone of Virginia; brother Henry Eliot of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
