Ken Dutra, 45, was being held in the Washoe County Jail on suspicion of two counts of open and gross lewdness and one count of using technology to lure a child.

According to the Washoe County Sheriff's Department, police began to investigate Dutra on May 24 after he exposed himself via a Web cam during an Internet conversation with what he thought was a girl under 16 years old.

On Friday, Dutra, allegedly planning on meeting the "girl," drove to the Reno area, where he was met by detectives and arrested.
