Charles M. Silver, 57, a Carson City resident for the past four years, died July 24, 2005, in Carson City. He was born Jan. 16, 1948, in California, to Everett and Elizabeth Silver.
Mr. Silver was a cashier for the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge and Casino at Incline Village.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Among his survivors are sister, Diane Silver, and brother, Rod Silver, both of Fresno, Calif.
Cremation will be in Walton's Sierra Crematory.
A memorial service will be in the Bay area at a later date.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
