A memorial service for Anthony John Clyne, 18, a recent resident of Dundee, Ore., will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Lafayette, Ore.
Mr. Clyne died July 10, 2005, at his home.
He was born Nov. 18, 1986, in Reno, to Arturo John and Jo Ellyn Jennings Clyne.
He excelled in playing video games and sports.
Among his survivors are his brother and sister-in-law Nicholas and JoAnna McKernan of Lafayette; second mother and father, Mary and Robert LaBono and their son, Sam; stepfather, Edwin Jennings; uncle, Antonio Clyne; grandfather Jordan Oxier of Reno; aunts and uncles Michelle and Chris Robbins of Reno, Dan and Marie Oxier of Chilcoot, Calif., Bryan Oxier of San Jose, Calif., and Jennifer Oxier of Reno; cousins Bliss, Danielle and Devin Oxier of Reno; and extended family Joan, Chris, Brian, Paul and Bob McKernan.
Memorial contributions may be made to a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church of choice.
