STATELINE - A Pennsylvania man hit more than the slopes this weekend at Harvey's Lake Tahoe.
Stephen Phares was on a ski vacation when he hit a $1.3 million jackpot Saturday night.
Phares, 42, said he wanted to go eat, but was prodded by friend to play a progressive Wheel of Fortune MegaJackpot machine.
The home mortgage branch manager from Holland, Penn., said he's not sure what he'll do with his winnings.
He said he'd like to invest in Lake Tahoe property. But he also sees his windfall as a chance to help others.
The Wheel of Fortune slot machine, manufactured by Reno-based International Game Technology, integrates the theme of the "Wheel of Fortune' TV show.
