Alexandria Lynn Dornback, infant daughter of Alexandre and April Dornback, was born and died Jan. 2, 2005, in Carson City.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by sisters Ashley and Ana.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
