A memorial service for Kenneth G. Serchio, 40, a Carson City resident for the past eight years, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mr. Serchio died Feb. 12, 2005, in Carson City. He was born March 22, 1964, in San Jose, Calif., to Mario and Antoinette Piscitello Serchio.
He attended high school.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived at Lake Tahoe most of his life.
Mr. Serchio worked in the marketing department of Sam's Club. He loved fishing, camping and NASCAR racing.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1974.
Among his survivors are his daughter, Bridget, of Hanford, Calif.; mother and stepfather Antoinette Serchio and Ray Ferguson, both of Carson City; brothers Mark of South Lake Tahoe, Mario of Carson City, Richard of Stockton, Calif., and Scott of Seattle, Wash., and three grandchildren.
Inurnment will be at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
