By Don Quilici

The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA), a local organization for hunters and fishermen, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.

At that meeting, representatives of the Nevada Department of Wildlife will discuss their North Pond project at the Mason Valley Wildlife Management Area (MVWMA).

That management area is located near Yerington.

This will be the sportsmen's club second regular indoor meeting of the new year.

It meets on the third Tuesday of each month for the months of January-May, and again in the months of October and November.

All of the OSA meetings and functions are free of charge.

They are open to all club members and to anyone else who is interested in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.

The annual membership dues are $5 for adults and $2 for youngsters under the age of 16.

For OSA information, call either President Jack Cooke at 882-8556 or Past President Norm Budden at 884-0348.
