Roland R. Moler Jr.

An inurnment service for Roland R. Moler Jr., 75, a Wellington resident for the past 15 years, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Park.

Mr. Moler died Nov. 30, 2005, at his home. He was born Oct. 16, 1930, in Alton, Ill., to Roland R Sr. and Lucille Brown Moler.

He received a degree in nursing.

He married Anna F. Erwin on Nov. 15, 1956, in Zurich, Switzerland.

Mr. Moler was an registered nurse in the pulmonary ICU at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He was a Seventh Day Adventist.

He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a technical sergeant.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jake, on Aug. 24, 2003.

Among his survivors are his daughter and son-in-law Holly Moler-Krohne and Dave Krohne of Deer Lodge, Tenn.; sister-in-law Josie Moler and brother Don Moler, both of Sparks; grandchildren Brian Krohne and Andrew Krohne; and extended-family members.
