A memorial service for Flora Farias, 90, a 77-year resident of Yerington, will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Community Methodist Church in Yerington.
Mrs. Farias died April 7, 2005, in Yerington. She was born June 2, 1914, in The Dalles, Ore., to Clarence and Bertha Flora Slobig.
She was a cook for the South Lyon Medical Center for 15 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Farias, three brothers, two sisters and a great-grandson.
Among her survivors are sons Vernon of Lincolnton, N.C., John Thomas of Loveland, Colo., and Patrick of Flanigan; daughters Karen Jones of Soledad, Calif., and Wendy Rigney of Yerington; brother Richard Slobig of Arkansas; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
