Bernice Ann Slaybaugh, 67, a 10-year resident of Carson City, died April 6, 2005, at Evergreen Health and Rehab Center in Carson City.
Ms. Slaybaugh was born Aug. 1, 1937, in Greenville, S.C., to B.F. Fowler and Mamie Cisson.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Greenville.
She enjoyed camping and the outdoors.
Among her survivors are daughters Debra Howard and Terri Garland of Carson City; sisters Brenda Gault, Deloris McCuen and Cathrine Asprey, all of South Carolina; and brother, Ronnie Fowler of Georgia.
