Jenny Burrows led the defensive effort with 15 digs and added eight kills as the Galena High volleyball team (35-5, 13-0) swept Reed 25-19, 25-14, 27-25.
Julia Mailander had nine kills and six digs, Burrows added three aces and two blocks, Nancy Burrows had eight kills, Lydia Mailander had seven kills and two aces, Chelsea Appelbaum had six kills, Kate Wallace had 39 assists and and two blocks, Thalia McCann had six digs and Michelle Drurya added two blocks for Galena.
