Archers to host Turkey Shoot

The Carson Valley Archers will hold their Turkey Shoot on Sunday, Nov. 7 at the Red Rock Road Site.

It will be an unmarked yard 3-D shoot and range finders will be available. Registration will be between 8 and 9 a.m., with the shoot to begin at 8. Last round will be at 3 p.m. with target pickup at 4.

There will be at least 20 animal targets and participants can shoot as many rounds as they want. Turkeys will be awarded.

Fees are: Adults, $7 for members and $10 for nonmembers; 16-17-year-olds, $3 for members, $7 for nonmembers; 11-15, $1 members, $3 nonmembers; 10 and under, free.
