A memorial service for Valeria M. Webster, 75, a Carson City resident for the past 14 years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.
Mrs. Webster died July 13, 2004, at her son's home in Yerington. She was born Oct. 6, 1928, in East Dubuque, Ill., to Clyde Wesley and Esther Lucille Button Martell.
She married Dale Webster in 1971 in Yerington.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Topaz Ranch Estates.
Mrs. Webster belonged to Beta Sigma Phi. She enjoyed camping, swimming and cooking. She was a Protestant.
She was preceded in death by her husband; brother, Dean Martell; and sister Florence Bort.
Among her survivors are her son, Steven A. Hurt of Yerington; daughters Jessica King, Kelly Allen and Sarah Wink, all of Carson City; sister Peggy Austin of Sunnyvale, Calif.; grandchildren Jenny Wink and Ryan Wink of Carson City and Darian Hurt of Yerington; and stepchildren Jackie Conklin and Dale Webster Jr.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
