Joseph Robert Caputo, 33, a Carson City resident for the past 10 years, died July 16, 2003, at his home. He was born Nov. 7, 1969, in New Jersey, to Jeanne Young.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Gardnerville, coming from South Lake Tahoe.
Mr. Caputo loved music, billiards and nature.
Among his survivors are his mother of Carson City; sister Donna S. Caputo of Reno; brother Joe Woodford of Northern California; grandmother Genny Young of Carson City and aunt Sherry Franzen of Eugene, Ore.
A private family service will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Barton Hospice.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
