Triplets born at Carson-Tahoe Hospital

Triplet boys were born today to an Indian Hills woman and her police officer husband.

Dana and Deputy Rudy Hindelang, of the Carson City Sheriff's Department, welcomed by caesarean section triplet boys, Rudolph Joseph, Christopher Jacob and Alexander James at 7:54 a.m., 7:55 a.m. and 7:56 a.m. respectively.

"God was with us," said the proud father to a roomful of family.

Four generations of Dana Hindelang's family were present for the birth, including her 18-year-old daughter Jessica.

Total weight and length of the triplets? 4 feet, 15 pounds.
