Trapping seasons set to open

The 2001-2002, Nevada, trapping seasons are set to open as follows:

-- Beaver, Mink and Muskrat: Open on Oct. 1 and close on Mar 31. Open to non-residents.

-- Otter: Only in Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander and Pershing Counties. Open on Oct. 1 and close on Mar. 31. Open to non-residents.

-- Kit and Red Fox: Open on Oct. 1 and close on Feb. 28. Open to non-residents.

-- Bobcat and Gray Fox: Open on Nov. 1 and close on Feb. 28. Closed to non-residents.
