Grand opening for tennis at Genoa Lakes

The grand opening of the tennis courts at Genoa Lakes Country Club will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Friday.

A $10 donation will be requested for those who attend. The event is a fund-raiser for the Douglas High boys and girls tennis teams.

Also featured in the grand opening will be a new full service pro tennis shop. Prizes will be awarded in mixed doubles and sharpshooter competitions. Brunch will be provided as well.
