The University of Nevada and the University of Hawaii have agreed to reschedule their Western Athletic Conference football game for next Saturday, Sept. 22.
Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. at Mackay Stadium. Originally scheduled for today, the game was postponed in light of the tragedies that have happened in the country and travel complications for Hawaii.
Nevada's originally-scheduled WAC game next Saturday at San Jose State has been rescheduled for 2 p.m. Nov. 10 in San Jose. That day was originally an open date for both teams.
"I'm very pleased that the University of Hawaii remains our opening home opponent," Nevada athletic director Chris Ault said. "I felt it was critical for us to find some way to play a home game next week."
