A gathering of family and friends of Alexxus Nichole Ball, 3-month-old daughter of Brian L. and Shalyn N. Ball of Gardnerville, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Full Gospel Fellowship Church in Gardnerville.
Alexxus died Sept. 8, 2001, at Carson Valley Medical Center, Gardnerville. She was born June 7, 2001, in Carson City.
She was and her parents are members of the Full Gospel Fellowship Church.
Among her survivors in addition to her parents are paternal grandparents Tony and Gloria Townsend, of Grass Valley, Calif.; and Lester Ball II of Sacramento, Calif.; maternal grandparents Robert Compton and Sally Seagren both of Gardnerville; uncles Lester, Thomas, Michael, Matthew and Kasey and aunts Tawny and Savannah.
Burial will be at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.
Memorial contributions may be made at Nevada State Bank, 1341 Highway 395, Gardnerville, Nev., 89410 (at Smith's Supermarket).
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
