Chimes are ringing out sunshine

The Paul Laxalt Building chimes will have a decidedly sunny disposition in honor of the Landmark Society's Ice Cream Social on Sunday.

Songs will ring each half hour between 1 and 6 p.m. that day and are ringing through Saturday and again July 23-26 at 10 a.m. and at 3 and 7 p.m.

Songs are: "You Are My Sunshine," "That Lucky Old Sun," "Sunny Side Up," "Sunny," "On the Sunny Side of the Street," "Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows," "On a Clear Day," "At Sundown," "Sunshine on My Shoulders," "My Blue Heaven," "Oh, What a Beautiful Day," "We'll Sing in the Sunshine."
