Silver Sierra Adventurers Club meets Tuesday at the Carson Nugget

The Silver Sierra Adventurers Club will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Carson Nugget upstairs.

Guest speaker is Richard Rojo of the Turtle Bay Project. The Turtle Bay Project is an indoor/outdoor river park in Redding, Calif., that features the life cycles of hundreds of North American butterflies (among other creatures). This is one of the stops for the club on an Oregon trip.

There will be no meetings in July and August. The next meeting is Sept. 19. Call 882-5366.
