A memorial service for Randy Richard McCord, 45, a Carson City resident for the past eight years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley with Ann Rose officiating.
Mr. McCord died Nov. 13, 1999, at his residence. He was born Sept. 28, 1954, in California, to John R. and Marilyn Colin McCord.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Pasadena, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Among his survivors are his sister, Carol Noell, of Monrovia, Calif.; uncle, Joe McCord and aunt, Phyllis Heckleutner, both of San Jose, Calif.; a niece, a nephew and several cousins.
Cremation will be at Walton's Carson Sierra Crematory.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
