Bordewich-Bray Elementary School practiced a very successful school evacuation on Oct. 14. The administration and staff would like to thank the Presbyterian Church at 110 N. Nevada St. for their cooperation in letting us use their meeting hall as an evacuation site. We would also like to thank the Carson City Sheriff's Department for assisting us with traffic control allowing our children to arrive safely at the meeting hall. The motorists who were driving in the area at that time were also very cooperative, and we would like to thank them very much for their patience.
