Small business seminar offered

Free advice for small business owners will be offered Thursday at a seminar in Minden.

Jerome Etchegoyhen, of Gydiar Financial LLP and Venture Strategies Group LLP, will present the seminar, which begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Carson Valley Inn.

"Most business owners miss out on the unique opportunity they have to increase wealth," Etchegoyhen said. "A 5-percent increase in net income today opens doors that they cannot see and may increase the value of their business 10 percent or more."

He said business owners who focus on developing their businesses can better prepare for financial independence.
