A memorial service for Lorraine Curtis, 71, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mrs. Curtis died Nov. 14, 2000, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Dec. 20, 1928, in Richmond, Calif., to Curtis and Lily Lambert Fowler.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Reno and at Lake Tahoe.
Mrs. Curtis was a homemaker.
Among her survivors are her daughter Cathleen Jensen of Santa Clara, Calif.; brother Robert Fowler of El Cerrito, Calif.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Inurnment will be at the Veterans Cemetery in Fernley.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
