A celebration of life for Alicia Marie Tagami, 42, a Gardnerville resident for the past four years, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Tagami died Sept. 19, 2000 at Carson Valley Medical Center. She was born Sept. 29, 1957, in Watsonville, Calif., to Mauro and Marie Perez Flores.
She graduated from Watsonville High School in 1975.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived at South Lake Tahoe.
Mrs. Tagami was personnel manager at Heavenly Ski Resort at Lake Tahoe for seven years. She was a member of the Karson Kruzers and she was a Roman Catholic. She loved her dog "Baby Girl."
Among her survivors are her companion Gary D. Hegarty of Gardnerville; daughter Terri M. Tagami of Sacramento; brother Joe M. Flores of Watsonville; sister Priscilla A. Crosby of Quincy, Calif.; grandson Trey Tagami of Sacramento and nieces and nephews Jennifer, Jason, Summer and Michael.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
