The public is invited to attend a Chautauqua presentation, "Thaddeus Dunkley, Black Cowboy" by Dr. James Armstead, historian and political scientist. The free program will be held at 7:30 p.m., Aug. 22 at the Nevada State Museum, 600 N. Carson St.
