Staff Reports

Just in time for Halloween, Northern Nevada Ghost Hunters will return to the Valley to share their passion for the paranormal.

The Douglas County Public Library presents a program by the Northern Nevada Ghost Hunters 2-4 p.m. on Oct. 24.

Northern Nevada Ghost Hunters is a not-for-profit group formed in 2005 with a desire to understand the world of the paranormal.

They seek to help people experiencing unexplainable events by using interviews, investigations and education to create a better understanding of the situation.

Previous local investigations by the group have taken place at Dr. Eliza Cook’s house in Genoa, the Carson Valley Museum and Cultural Center in Gardnerville, and the Courthouse Museum in Genoa.
