Carson Valley Days music line up

A variety of live music performances will be a part of the Carson Valley Days festivities.
Everywhere from bars to restuarants to open-air stages in the parks are hosting musical acts this weekend.
Valley staples The White Hats and Trippin' King Snakes will play in Lampe Park in Gardnerville alongside the lights and sounds of the carnival 5-11 p.m.
The Trippin' King Snakes are regulars at The Genoa Bar and boast a lively show featuring rock, Blues, funk and alternative.
Band members include Ev Musselman on guitar and vocals; Charlie Fecteau on bass and Mick Fecteau on drums and vocals.

Mixed Company will be the first group to perform Saturday in Lampe Park.
From 1-4 p.m. audiences can expect to hear, just as their name suggestions, a mixed variety of music.
"From Jimi Hendrix to Johnny Cash. From Jason Aldean to 3 Doors Down. From Bad Company to Hank Williams, Junior and Senior. Country, rock, classic rock, and pop," the band's website said. "No matter the genre, it all rocks."
The Carson City based band hands the mic over to the Tony Vee Band who will play from 5-7 p.m.
BLU the Band wraps up the evening from 8-11 p.m.
Peck Ann Crow Band will play noon-2 p.m. starting the Sunday music scene.
The local group are regulars during the Gardnerville based Thirsty Third Thursday Wine Walks and the Minden Farmers Market.
Peck Ann Crow Band plays feel good music mixing country, jazz and Blues vibes.
Bring up the tail end of Carson Valley Days is Scarlet Stain from 3-4:30 p.m.
The rock band made up of Garrett Baker, Donnie Swafford Jr. and Jordan Weihskopf keep audiences moving with their hard rock Christian music.
Genoa Town Park takes their turn in the action hosting The Beatles Flash back 5-7 p.m. Sunday as part of their Summer Concert Series.
The concert is free to attend and attendees are encouraged to come early to wander Nevada's oldest settlement.
