Douglas girls tennis remains undefeated

Madelyn Landerfelt and Courtney McKimmey posted noteworthy wins in singles and Douglas High’s girls tennis team kept its unbeaten season record intact on Tuesday with a 17-1 victory at home against Incline. The Tigers (8-0) closed out the regular season Thursday at home against Damonte Ranch (results were unavailable at press time) in the final obstacle in their bid to lock up the Sierra League championship and No. 1 seed to the Northern Division I Region team playoffs next week.
