Reed boys take down Douglas

The Douglas High boys tennis team won its first-round No. 1 singles and doubles matches on Thursday, unfortunately for the Tigers, those turned out to be their only wins in a 16-2 defeat at home against Reed. Douglas (0-5) trailed 4-2 after the opening round as Jon Pelcher won 6-4 while the doubles team of Joey Swisher and Keaton Peters won 6-2.
