Sierra Lutheran High School will be thinking in terms of titles today and Saturday at the NIAA State Track and Field Championships in Carson City.

Competition begins at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 8 a.m. at Carson High School’s Jim Frank Track and Field Complex.

Douglas County’s other high school, Whittell, also finished fourth in the boys team standings.

The Sierra Lutheran boys finished as the state runner-up in 2013. The Falcons swept the state small schools boys and girls titles in 2012.
