Softball: Lady Tigers close out regular season with sweep of Wooster

The Douglas High School softball team wrapped up the regylar season Friday afternoon with a doubleheader sweep of Wooster in Reno. The wins clinched the No. 2 spot in the Sierra League for the Tigers, meaning Douglas will host the High Desert No. 3 seed — likely Reno High School — on Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the first round of the regional playoffs.
