TRE woman held on Minnesota charges

A Topaz Ranch Estates resident is being held in Douglas County jail on a fugitive warrant accusing her of selling drugs in Minnesota.
Loretta Kay Burton, 38, is being held without bail, accused of selling 180 oxycodone pills in Mower County, Min., on four occasions in August and September.
Burton was on probation for failing to ensure her two teenaged children attended school in 2012.
Minnesota drug authorities sought a warrant in December when the learned she’d returned to Nevada.
She was arrested on Thursday. She is scheduled to appear in East Fork Justice Court on Wednesday.
