Man faces prison for second felony DUI

Sentencing is Oct. 7 for a 52-year-old Stateline man who faces prison for his second felony drunk driving arrest. Mickey W. Bagley told District Judge Michael Gibbons on Monday he was arrested following an accident on Kingsbury Grade on May 27, after he had been celebrating his birthday. He faces up to 15 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Bagley is ineligible for probation or a diversion program. He was sentenced for a prior felony DUI in Lyon County in 2006.
