Two wrongs don’t make a right

All through my childhood and into adulthood, I was told that two wrongs don’t make a right. But as we have learned from the Douglas/Damonte football game, that lesson wasn’t learned by everyone. When the official says that he put Damonte in the position of the premature snap, he decided not to call the procedure penalty.

So, because he made one mistake, as anyone might have in that position, he tried to make it right by intentionally making another one. As we all know, this doesn’t work, as evidenced by the outcome of this game. I feel for the Tiger football team, and hope they can rebound from this travesty. Go Tigers!
