Last weekend of ‘Holka Polka’

The final weekend of Carson Valley Community Theatre’s “Holka Polka” starts Friday.

Written by D.M. Larson, “Holka Polka” is a children’s play about the nicest witch in Fairytale Land who embarks on a journey to save all witches’ reputations by saving the prince. Along the way she meets some familiar and misunderstood fairytale characters, and also discovers that an historically sweet and loving character is really evil.

“Holka Polka” shows 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the CVIC Hall.

Tickets cost $8 for children and $10 for adults. They are available at The CVCT box office is open noon-5 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Saturdays.
