The Carson Valley Arts Council hosts an art exhibit featuring Mandalas painted in acrylic by Kaleigh Surber from Tuesday-May 1. Opening reception 5-7 p.m. March 8 in the Copeland Cultural Arts Center, 1572 Highway 395, Minden. The reception is free and open to the public. The Carson Valley Art Association’s in house show in the central hallway of the Douglas campus of Western Nevada College through March 29. One painting from this show donated to the Veterans Guest House in Reno.
