Carson Valley Senior Living gives thanks for holiday celebration
January 25, 2013
Carson Valley Senior Living rang in the holiday season with their annual family holiday dinner. There were more than 160 attendees who were treated to a fine prime rib or salmon dinner. Entertainment was provided by the CVSL resident angel choir, and background music and sing-a-long was lead by Sonja and Curtis, a local duet. And family photos were taken to celebrate the season.Carson Valley Senior Living would like to thank our local Elks Lodge for providing additional tables and chairs to accommodate all of our guests. We extend our deepest thanks to General Electric in Minden for faithfully adopting our residents for the holidays. Thank you, Kathy Johnson, for spear-heading this project every year.Christmastime at Carson Valley Senior Living has always been filled with fun and joy, mainly because of kindhearted citizens in Douglas County.
