Special to The R-CCrafters for A Touch of Class craft show this weekend.

The 12th annual A Touch of Class craft show is Friday through Sunday.

Featuring 27 local crafters, A Touch of Class offers shoppers a different shopping experience with an open, no booth format.

Located in the home of Sue and Bill Bennett, 1467 Glenwood Drive in Gardnerville off Riverview and Highway 395 south, shoppers will find a different theme in each room and the large tented deck.

The show features hundreds of decorations, gifts, toys, children’s items, feather hair ornaments, ceramics, cards, stained glass and much more.

Hand painted silk scarves and wall hangings by Lee Lewis and wood decorations by Carson Valley Woodturners are new this year.

Admission is free with hourly door prizes, and Visa and Mastercard accepted.

The show is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Organizers encourage shoppers to come early because products are not mass produced.

A Touch of Class is a supporter of Austin’s House and Gold Star Mothers.
